1.R-RP sanding unit:

1st roller is steel sanding roller is used to calibrating thickness, removing amount up to 1mm.

2^nd roller is combined with rubber or steel roller which based on customer work need, and with sanding pad for fine finishing.

This sanding unit can not be adjusted the height.

2.Electric device of wide belt sander machine

It is safe and stability to operate with the stable inner circuit, and the clear electrical wires.

3.Control panel

With clear button for different function, the machine is easy to operate.

4.Conveyor belt of wide belt sander machine

The five-layer laminated material conveyor belt is resistant to high temperatures and has a long service life(vacuum table optional).
